SAN Meat Packing Inc.

Introduction

Our facility is a USDA-inspected slaughterhouse (M-9085 and V 9085), Meat Processing, and Packing facility with a Meat Market for retail. The entire plant was renovated in November 2023. We added new equipment for processing, cooling, and enhancing production.

 

We are  Halal Certification for Slaughtering and Meat processing by HFSSA certification (Zabiha Hand-slaughtered). As we continue to enhance, we are exploring options to expand our portfolio in the Halal market locally, nationally, and internationally.

 

Our facility currently slaughters, processes, and packs USDA inspected and custom Beef, Bison, Lamb, and Goat for livestock farmers.

We are launching a new line of products soon that includes Beef, lamb, goat sausage links, and beef bacon.

​

Holding Area

We can hold up to 15 livestock in our on-site holding area for 24 hours. We also have an off-site farm that we can hold longer.

 

Days of Operation

Our USDA-inspected slaughter days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and process days are Monday to Friday. We can slaughter 20 beef per day and can easily increase to 30 as needed. We can hold 80 - 90 carcasses in our coolers for 7 to 10 days before processing.

 

Processing and Packing:

We have skilled butchers with over 25 years of experience to produce the best cuts of steaks and maximize yield.

 

We pack and freeze before pickup or delivery.
